Terms of Use There is a $20 minimum limit on all orders. In order to bring our customers great prices we established a minimum to save on expenses. Savings which we pass along to our customers. Return Policy At SafeSolutions we are committed to bringing you the highest quality products at affordable prices. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the option to return it to us. Please notify us by email at returns@safesolutions.net of your intention to return your product within 7 days of delivery. You will receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) that you must include with your return. Please note that we cannot refund any of our food or water type products. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise noted. Refund amount does not include shipping charges. Items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. If your purchase is defective or malfunctioning in any way, return shipping will be reimbursed, and no restocking fee will apply. If for any reason any part of your order is missing please contact us at returns@safesolutions.net and advise us of the missing item. SafeSolutions will ship you the missing item at no extra cost. |
