We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. If you need to pay with alternate means such as Paypal, contact us in advance via email at sales@safesolutions.net with what you would like to order, and we will send a payment request to you. What types of shipping options do you have? Currently we use UPS ground and select freight carriers for larger orders. Do to the high cost of expedited shipping, rush orders must be arranged in advance by contacting us at sales@safesolutions.net for alternate arrangements. Do you ship to Post Office Boxes or APO's? No, we do not have the ability to fulfill orders and ship them to these types of addresses. Do you charge sales tax? In most occasions we do not charge sales tax unless the order is shipped to an address inside of the state of Missouri. Can I get a discount if I need to purchase some items in bulk? Yes, we offer substantial discounts for bulk purchases. Contact via email with your needs, and we will work out a discount with you or your organization What if I have special instructions? If you have special needs or instructions you should note them when ordering in the comment box that is provided. We will do everything we can to meet your needs. We may need to contact you so please provide the best method for us to communicate with you. When will my order arrive? Normally, we advise 7-10 business days depending on volume. On most occasions it takes considerably less time. When you place an order it is usually filled the same day and in most cases ships the next day. Do you have a Privacy Policy? How is my information used? SafeSolutions LLC, does not save, store, sell, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your information is deleted from our server when your order is complete. We will retain your email address, however we will never send unwanted solicitations to you unless you stipulate otherwise.
