SafeSolutions currently only ships to destinations within the United States. International
delivery will be added at a future date. Currently UPS Ground Shipping and select
freight carriers are our only options. If you have an emergency and need expedited
delivery please contact a customer service associate to make special arrangements. We
cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or APO's. Shipping to multiple destination per order is
prohibited.
Your order will usually arrive in 7-10 business days depending on volume. In most cases
the actual shipping time is much less depending on your location. When your order is
submitted it is processed the same day and in most cases ships the next business day.
In some cases high seasonal demand, adverse weather, or current events may slow the
shipping process. Although we make every effort to fill your order in a timely manner
some of these events can cause delays that are beyond our control. These situations
can also result in the backorder of various items. In order to bring you the reduced/free
shipping offer we can only ship your order when all items are ready to ship. We will
contact you via email if there are any expected delays and the time frame for which we
expect they will be resolved.
If you have any special shipping requests please indicate in the "COMMENTS" section
on the order screen. We will do everything we can to meet special requests. If you need
to be contacted please let us know the best way to get in touch. We cannot split your
order and ship to multiple destinations.
* Our Free Shipping Offer on orders over $100 is limited to shipping within the
continental US and items of standard weight. Since many of our larger kits contain
water they may not qualify. Any items or bulk orders may be subject to full shipping
terms as dictated by total order weight. Orders with total weight over 75lbs. will not
qualify for free shipping. We try to inform you on the specific webpage if the item will
not qualify for free shipping due to weight or oversize restrictions.

If total weight exceeds 75lbs. add the following charges to the amount above.

150lbs. - 199lbs. add $39.95
200lbs. - 249lbs. add $49.95
250lbs. and above - will call with specific shipping costs!
